From time to time it is not practical for the Master of the Ravenwing to use his Landspeeder. In areas of dense terrain where a Landspeeder would not be of much use he will opt to use his bike. A Dark Angels player may only include the Master of  the Ravenwing on a bike or a landspeeder. They may mot include both.

Special Rules

Special Character: The Master of the Ravenwing must be taken as an HQ unit for a Ravenwing army 
see the notes on Ravenwing armies in the introduction and on taking a Master of the Ravenwing in the Dark Angels Heroes entry in the army list). He may also be used in a standard Dark Angels army as an HQ unit, but in this case he may only be used where both players have agreed to the use of special characters.

Ravenwing Master: The Master of Ravenwing has horned his skills beyond any members of his company. Therefore he increases his jink save to 4+ and never has to take difficult terrain tests.
